Spread across close to three lakh square feet, the development combines high-street retail, food and beverage outlets, and compact residential formats such as studio apartments. Industry observers note that this hybrid model where commercial and residential uses co-exist is increasingly shaping the next phase of urban retail planning in satellite cities like Greater Noida. The strong uptake in Greater Noida retail leasing is being attributed to a combination of strategic location and evolving consumer demand.
