Godrej Properties Hits ₹3,150 Crore Sales Milestone in Bengaluru Launch

The company reported sales exceeding ₹3,150 crore from the sale of 2,000 homes, marking a significant milestone in its operational achievements for Q1 FY25.

It is noteworthy that this achievement represents a substantial leap, with over 500% quarter-on-quarter growth in sales in Bengaluru alone, exceeding its entire fiscal year FY24 sales in South India within the first quarter. “This is Godrej Properties’ most successful launch ever in terms of both value and volume of sales achieved,” the company stated proudly. This milestone follows another recent achievement where the company recorded sales of ₹3,000 crore in a single launch within the past three months.

Looking forward, Godrej Properties has outlined a robust launch pipeline for FY25, including multiple new projects scheduled for Bengaluru. Additionally, the company’s strategic entry into Hyderabad is expected to further strengthen its footprint in South India’s lucrative real estate market. In recent strategic moves, Godrej Properties acquired seven acres of land in Thanisandra, North Bengaluru, underscoring its commitment to expanding its project portfolio. The estimated revenue from this acquisition is projected at ₹1,200 crore, positioning the company for continued growth and market leadership in the region.
