Hyderabad-based startup HYLENR has made waves in the global energy sector by unveiling the world’s first cold fusion technology designed for clean energy generation. This pioneering achievement, showcased during a live demonstration in Hyderabad, highlights HYLENR’s breakthrough in Low Energy Nuclear Reactor (LENR) technology, which has been granted a patent by the Government of India.

The technology operates on the principle of Low Energy Nuclear Reactions (LENR), often referred to as “cold fusion,” where minute amounts of hydrogen and a small electric input stimulate nuclear reactions to produce excess heat. During the demonstration, HYLENR’s reactor achieved an impressive 1.5x heat amplification, converting 100W of electrical input into 150 watts of heat. This capability positions HYLENR as a frontrunner in efficient energy solutions, capable of addressing diverse applications including space missions, steam generation, and domestic heating. A spokesperson from T-HUB, alongside HYLENR’s leadership team, formally launched the product, emphasizing its potential to revolutionize global energy markets.

“HYLENR’s cold fusion technology represents a significant leap towards sustainable energy solutions,” stated the spokesperson. “By harnessing LENR, HYLENR not only enhances energy efficiency but also mitigates environmental impact without generating nuclear waste or using radioactive materials.” Highlighting the strategic importance of the development, another spokesperson from HYLENR underscored their commitment to commercialize the technology rapidly. “Over the past decade, our dedicated team has perfected this patented technology, setting up advanced research facilities in Hyderabad and Bengaluru,” they remarked. “Our immediate goal is to scale up production, conduct field tests, and establish strategic partnerships for global market entry.”

The potential applications of HYLENR’s LENR technology span across various sectors including renewable energy, clean mobility, and disaster relief solutions. By offering a cleaner alternative to fossil fuels and reducing CO2 emissions, HYLENR aims to contribute significantly to India’s energy transition and global sustainability efforts. HYLENR plans to collaborate closely with research institutions, regulatory bodies, and industry partners to advance safety standards, optimize applications, and pave the way for widespread adoption of LENR technology. This strategic approach underscores HYLENR’s commitment to innovation and its vision to lead the global energy revolution towards a sustainable future.
