Mumbai’s Luxury Arbour’s INR 50 Crore Sky-Loft Investment

Mumbai’s real estate landscape is set for a transformative upgrade as Arbour Investments, a leading player in India’s property investment sector, announces a substantial financial commitment to ‘The Altitude’.

This ambitious project, spearheaded by the VDV Group, has secured an investment of INR 50 crore, marking a significant milestone in Mumbai’s luxury residential sector. Located in the prestigious Tardeo area of South Mumbai, directly across from the iconic Imperial Towers on Main Tardeo Road, ‘The Altitude’ is poised to become a landmark development. The project encompasses a 41-storey high-rise designed to blend opulent living with practical convenience.

The development features luxurious residential units, commercial spaces, and a dedicated car parking tower. Key amenities include an infinity-edge swimming pool with views of the Wellington Club, a terrace barbecue pavilion, and a sky lounge with a star-gazing area, all crafted by a renowned luxury hotel designer. The strategic location on Ratan Tata Road offers residents proximity to key commercial and social hubs, enhancing the appeal of ‘The Altitude’. This development is set to leverage its location near the Haji Ali junction and the recently inaugurated Western Coastal Road, providing easy access to prominent business districts such as Lower Parel and Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), and popular social spots like Kamala Mills and Palladium Mall.

Arbour Investments’ partnership with the VDV Group capitalises on the strengths of both entities: Arbour’s expertise in real estate investment and development, and VDV’s established reputation in high-quality construction. VDV Group, known for its extensive portfolio in Mumbai, including projects in Bhandup, Kurla-Nehru Nagar, and Thane, brings substantial experience to the table. The group has also delivered 300 affordable homes in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

A Spokesperson of Arbour Investments, expressed confidence in the project, noting that the sales receivables already exceed 3.5 times the initial tranche of the investment. This robust security, bolstered by personal guarantees from promoters and stringent project monitoring, aims to mitigate completion risks. Additionally, VDV Group has engaged BLOX, a leading Proptech firm, as the exclusive selling agency for ‘The Altitude’. This partnership is expected to enhance sales efforts, particularly for the innovative 14-foot-high Manhattan-style Sky-loft apartments, catering to the modern buyer’s desire for unique and upscale living spaces.
