DDA Unveils Premium Flats in Dwarka from ₹1.28 Crore

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced the launch of 173 premium flats in various sectors of Dwarka under its ambitious Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024. These flats, designed to cater to the middle-income group (MIG) and high-income group (HIG) segments, are priced between ₹1.28 crore and ₹2.5 crore, according to officials familiar with the matter.

The DDA, which has long been at the forefront of urban development in the capital, is offering these premium flats through an e-auction process. This method is expected to ensure transparency and fair competition among prospective homebuyers. The specific dates for registration and the e-auction schedule are yet to be announced but are anticipated shortly. This offering is part of a broader initiative by the DDA to address the housing needs of Delhi’s growing population. The agency’s comprehensive plan includes the provision of approximately 40,000 housing units across various income categories. In addition to the premium flats, the DDA will also offer homes tailored to the economically weaker section (EWS) and lower-income group (LIG) categories, ensuring a wide range of housing options for diverse demographic segments.

The launch of these premium flats in Dwarka reflects the DDA’s commitment to expanding the housing market in the capital’s southwest, an area that has seen significant infrastructural development in recent years. With the upcoming e-auction, the DDA is poised to attract both seasoned investors and first-time homebuyers, offering them an opportunity to secure a residence in one of Delhi’s most sought-after suburban localities. The Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024 is expected to generate substantial interest among homebuyers, particularly those seeking premium living spaces within the capital. As the DDA continues to roll out its plans, the scheme represents a significant step forward in the authority’s mission to provide quality housing to Delhi’s residents, encompassing all income levels.
