The residence, tailored for a family of eight, stands out not only for its grandeur but also for a striking bar constructed from selenite crystals, adding a touch of serenity and modern elegance.

Spanning three levels, the mansion is a testament to lavish living, featuring grand living and dining areas, meticulously designed bedrooms, and stylish entertainment zones. The design integrates an array of premium materials including fine stones, wood, textiles, and leather, accentuated by unique décor elements. A key highlight is the 55-foot-long chandelier in gold finish, which adorns the ceiling of the double-height drawing room, epitomising the home’s unapologetic luxury. The upper ground and first floors house the primary living quarters, which include casual dining spaces, a lounge, and a kitchen. The drawing room, with its towering ceiling, is complemented by the chandelier’s dramatic presence. Additionally, repurposed antique doors from the family’s previous residence have been incorporated into the panelling, adding historical charm to the contemporary setting.

The lower ground floor is dedicated to entertainment, reflecting the family’s penchant for hosting gatherings. The entertainment suite includes a formal drawing room, dining area, bar, and a designated entertainment room. The bar, designed from scratch, is crafted from selenite crystals, creating an ambient lighting effect that enhances the room’s serene atmosphere. The space features a dark colour palette and neon-bright furniture, while wall panels adorned with figures representing human evolution add a playful touch.

The home also boasts an outdoor swimming pool and a play area designed for the family’s young daughter, with future flexibility for additional children in mind. The child’s room is vibrantly decorated, providing a stimulating environment. Custom-designed furniture, produced in-house by Design Deconstruct, contributes to the home’s grand and elegant aesthetic.
