Despite facing typical urban development challenges, such as a high-water table that complicated excavation processes, Colliers India’s team applied innovative engineering solutions to navigate these obstacles.

The Managing Director of Project Management at Colliers India highlighted their approach, stating, “We effectively managed logistical hurdles to deliver a project that adheres to the highest standards.” Post-completion, Colliers India has also been assigned the leasing and facilities management for Fortius Origin, further solidifying the strategic partnership between the two firms. In contrast, the Under the Sun project offers a tranquil residential alternative. Nestled amidst the mango groves of Devanahalli in North Bengaluru, this development comprises 125 luxury villas spread across 600,000 square feet. Each villa is meticulously designed to cater to diverse tastes and preferences. Fortius Infra’s Chairman expressed pride in the bespoke nature of this project, highlighting its unique design and execution.
