IndoSpace to Invest ₹580 Crore in Karnataka Logistics Parks

IndoSpace has announced plans to invest ₹580 crore in developing two state-of-the-art logistics parks in Karnataka. This development forms a crucial component of a broader ₹3,000 crore commitment made under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed with the Government of Karnataka in 2022.

The new logistics hubs, set to span over 75 acres, are strategically designed to support a diverse array of industries, including automotive, engineering, electronics, and third-party logistics (3PL) operators. This expansion underscores IndoSpace’s ongoing commitment to bolstering infrastructure in key logistics and industrial zones across India. IndoSpace, a prominent player in industrial and logistics real estate, aims to enhance the efficiency of supply chains and logistics operations with these new facilities. The parks will offer cutting-edge infrastructure, modern warehousing solutions, and advanced logistical support, addressing the growing demand for robust logistics networks in the region.

The announcement reflects a continued emphasis on infrastructural development as a catalyst for economic growth. By establishing these logistics parks, IndoSpace is positioning Karnataka as a pivotal hub in India’s logistics and supply chain ecosystem. The investment is expected to create numerous job opportunities and drive further economic activity in the state. This initiative aligns with the Government of Karnataka’s strategic goals to attract significant industrial investments and support regional economic development. IndoSpace’s investment highlights the company’s proactive role in advancing infrastructure to meet the evolving needs of the logistics sector.

As IndoSpace progresses with its plans, the development of these logistics parks is anticipated to contribute substantially to Karnataka’s industrial landscape, reinforcing the state’s status as a major investment destination in India.
