Eros Group Invests ₹400 Crore in Greater Noida Project
Eros Group has announced a substantial investment of ₹400 crore for the development of Phase III of its prestigious residential project, Eros Sampoornam, located in Greater Noida. This phase will see the construction of 11 towers spread across 21,728 square meters, offering a range of luxurious 2 and 3 BHK apartments designed to cater to upscale living.
The development underscores the company’s robust confidence in the residential real estate market, following a successful initial phase. Eros Group has already secured sales worth ₹200 crore from the project, reflecting strong demand and buyer interest. The first sales phase introduced five towers, comprising 318 units from the total 726 units planned for the entire development. According to Avneesh Sood, Director of Eros Group,
“The early sales success reflects the trust and confidence that homebuyers have in our project.” Eros Sampoornam Phase III is set to offer apartment sizes ranging from 531.63 to 1,068.67 square feet, incorporating high-end amenities. Strategically positioned near the forthcoming Aqua Line metro station of the Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) in Sector 2, the project benefits from enhanced connectivity. The development is situated on a 130-meter-wide main road, linking KP-5 and Depot metro station, thus promising improved accessibility for future residents. This latest investment highlights Eros Group’s ongoing commitment to expanding its footprint in Greater Noida’s real estate sector, as it continues to deliver high-quality residential solutions in key urban locations.
