Pune Water Supply to Be Suspended on December 12 for Maintenance
Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has announced a temporary water supply suspension on Thursday, December 12, due to ongoing maintenance work at the Parvati Water Treatment Plants and other key facilities across the city. The maintenance involves both construction and electrical work at locations including Parvati Water Treatment Plants (new and old), Bhama Askhed, Warje, SNDT, and more. Water supply is expected to resume by Friday, December 13, but at a reduced pressure.
PMC has urged residents to store sufficient water in advance and use it judiciously during the maintenance period. The municipal body has assured that every effort will be made to restore the water supply as quickly as possible.
