As India’s healthcare infrastructure evolves, Sodexo India has taken a major step towards improving biomedical equipment management by launching a state-of-the-art Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) facility in Sector V, Kolkata. Spread across 6,700 sq. ft., the facility houses six specialised labs, designed to provide advanced testing, maintenance, and repair services for over 5 lakh medical devices in West Bengal.

With healthcare institutions increasingly reliant on technology-driven solutions, the demand for efficient equipment management and maintenance has surged. Recognising this, Sodexo India has partnered with government hospitals to enhance the operational efficiency of biomedical devices, ensuring seamless service delivery in medical colleges, diagnostic centres, and blood banks. “Our extensive network, coupled with partnerships with leading OEMs, allows us to offer cutting-edge solutions for the testing, repair, and maintenance of medical equipment,” said Sharad Misra, COO, Health & Care, Sodexo India.
