This modern complex will serve as the home for several key regulatory authorities, including the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security, the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau, the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority, and the Airports Authority of India. By bringing together these vital entities under one roof, Udaan Bhawan aims to facilitate seamless collaboration within the civil aviation sector.
The facility is equipped with contemporary amenities, including conference rooms, advanced audio-visual systems, robust IT infrastructure, parking management system, serene yoga room, and electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, etc.
Udaan Bhawan boasts Griha-5 rating, underscoring its commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly principles. The building’s design maximises the use of natural daylight, energy-efficient Led fixtures, glazed curtain-wall assembly, and double-skin Façade System to minimise heat gain.
