The extended services encompass vital connections between northern and southern regions, including routes such as Chandigarh-Patna, Udhna-Jaynagar, Udhna-Samastipur, Hubli-Muzaffarpur, Vasco da Gama-Muzaffarpur, Yeshwanthpur-Gaya, and Mysore-Darbhanga. These trains will operate on specific days, primarily targeting weekends and early weekdays, to maximize efficiency and accommodate the rush. For instance, the Chandigarh-Patna special train will run from June 5 to July 11, departing Chandigarh every Thursday and Friday. Similarly, the Udhna-Jaynagar service is scheduled from June 1 to 30, with departures from Udhna every Sunday and Monday. The Udhna-Samastipur train will operate from June 7 to 30, leaving Udhna every Saturday and Monday.

The Hubli-Muzaffarpur service is extended from June 2 to July 7, departing Hubli every Monday and Thursday. The Vasco da Gama-Muzaffarpur train will run from June 6 to 26, leaving Vasco da Gama. The Yeshwanthpur-G service is scheduled from June 2 to departing Yeshwanthpur every Lastly, the Mysore-Darbhanga train will operate from June 17 to This initiative is part of ECR’s broader strategy to manage the increased passenger traffic during the summer months. By extending these services, the railway aims to provide additional capacity and reduce overcrowding on popular routes. Passengers are advised to check the official railway schedules and book their tickets in advance to ensure a comfortable journey. The extension of these special trains underscores ECR’s commitment to enhancing passenger convenience and addressing the dynamic travel needs of the public.

As the summer season progresses, the railway will continue to monitor demand and make necessary adjustments to its services to ensure optimal travel experiences for all passengers.
