Kondagaon Gets Rs 307 Crore Keskal Bypass for Better Connectivity

Chhattisgarh’s tribal Bastar region, the Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways sanctioned the construction of an 11 … bypass in Kondagaon district. Valued at ₹307.96 crore, the Keskal Bypass project aims to alleviate traffic congestion and enhance connectivity in the area.

Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari, announced the approval, highlighting the project’s potential to improve road safety and reduce travel time in the region. Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai expressed gratitude for the initiative, emphasizing its role in the state’s development agenda. The bypass is expected to decongest the existing roads, facilitating smoother transit for both local commuters and commercial vehicles.
