DFCCIL Invites Industry Participation for Gati Shakti Cargo Terminal Projects

The Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL) has called on logistics stakeholders and private sector players to participate in the development of Gati Shakti Cargo Terminals (GCTs), a key initiative under the Government of India’s PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan.

With a vision to modernize and transform India’s freight logistics landscape, DFCCIL is encouraging Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the establishment of cargo terminals along its Dedicated Freight Corridors (DFCs). These terminals can be developed either on DFCCIL-owned land or private land, opening new avenues for integrated, high-capacity multimodal logistics infrastructure.

This initiative is positioned to facilitate faster, more efficient, and cost-effective freight movement, while also creating investment opportunities in the country’s growing logistics and supply chain ecosystem. DFCCIL emphasized that industry participation is crucial to achieving seamless cargo handling and long-term infrastructure efficiency.

The last date for EOI submissions is October 3, 2025. Interested applicants can access detailed guidelines and documentation on DFCCIL’s official website: https://dfccil.com.
