Indian Railways Announces Special Trains for Raksha Bandhan Festival

Indian Railways has announced the operation of special train services connecting Mumbai to various destinations. Railway will operate two special trains between Mumbai and Nagpur to cater to the festive rush. These trains will halt at stations such as Daund, Ahmednagar, Manmad, Bhusaval, Akola, and Wardha. Western Railway has announced special trains connecting Mumbai to Madgaon and Kolhapur to cater to the festive travel demand.

These trains will halt at stations including Ratnagiri, Kudal, Sawantwadi Road, Thivim, and Karmali. Reservations can be made through the IRCTC website, Rail Connect App, or railway counters. Passengers are advised to book their tickets in advance to secure their travel plans during the festive period. Tickets can be booked online through the IRCTC website or mobile app, or at authorized railway reservation counters.
