Adani Launches Upgraded App Offering New Services at AAHL-Operated Airports

Adani Digital Labs has unveiled a revamped digital app for travellers using Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL)-operated airports. This new platform, integrated into the existing Adani OneApp, is designed to create a seamless, digital-first journey for passengers from the moment they arrive until their departure. The initiative, spearheaded by the company’s technology arm, aims to eliminate common travel friction points like long queues and time constraints, positioning the airport operator as a leader in sustainable and equitable urban mobility solutions.

This digital transformation is not merely a technological upgrade; it represents a strategic shift towards a more customer-centric model of airport management. The app introduces several key features aimed at alleviating the stresses of air travel. A standout is the Adani Rewards loyalty programme, which is the first of its kind in the Indian airport ecosystem. Unlike traditional airline-specific programmes, this scheme is designed for all travellers, regardless of their carrier or class of travel. It encompasses a wide array of services including dining, shopping, parking, and meet-and-greet services, creating a holistic rewards system that encourages a more engaged and positive airport experience.

Beyond the loyalty programme, the app provides a host of functionalities that streamline the entire airport journey. Passengers can now pre-book lounges, check card eligibility, and gain hassle-free entry, effectively bypassing physical queues. The platform also offers a comprehensive catalogue of food and beverage outlets and retail stores, with convenient options for delivery at the gate and multi-cart or group orders for duty-free shopping. For those driving to the airport, a “park and fly” service allows for seamless parking reservations. These features collectively contribute to a more efficient and less chaotic travel environment, reducing the carbon footprint associated with vehicle idling and multiple trips to and from the airport.

The launch of the new app is just the “first phase of a broader strategy,” according to a senior official from Adani Digital Labs. To support this ongoing innovation, the company has inaugurated a new 150-seater office in Ahmedabad, which will serve as a hub for developing future customer-centric solutions. This investment in local talent and infrastructure underscores a commitment to continuous improvement and responsiveness to the evolving needs of modern travellers. The ultimate goal is to create an airport ecosystem where technology serves as a facilitator, not a barrier, ensuring that the travel experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible for everyone. This forward-looking approach aligns perfectly with the broader global push for smarter, more efficient, and gender-neutral urban spaces, where accessibility and convenience are paramount. The Adani OneApp is set to become a digital companion for millions, proving that technology can be a powerful tool for building cities that are not only connected but also more mindful of their environmental and social impact.
