Mumbai welcomes Godrej Enterprises at FOAID 2025, where the Locks and Architectural Solutions division is unveiling a range of lifestyle-led architectural fittings designed for modern urban living. At the two-day festival, held at the Jio World Convention Centre, Godrej is presenting a curated portfolio of solutions that merge utility with lifestyle-oriented design. The exhibition features HDH systems for smooth door operation, Murphy Beds for maximising compact spaces, Hikido inline sliding systems engineered for silent and efficient wardrobes, and SKIDO modular fittings that allow adaptable interior layouts. These solutions reflect growing demands in urban India for functional yet stylish home and office environments.The company also highlights four distinctive home décor hardware themes—Neo Luxury, Euro Modern, Urban Chic, and Smart Ethnic—designed to elevate furniture and doors with sophisticated finishes. Complementing this design-led approach is an ergonomic motorised bed, which combines wellness considerations with user comfort, demonstrating how technology can enhance everyday living. A spokesperson noted that these products exemplify a shift from traditional hardware towards items that actively shape lifestyle experiences while supporting practical needs.

Digital security is another focus of the showcase, with Godrej’s extensive lock portfolio on display, including Advantis IoT9, Advantis GSL D1, Catus Connect, and the Neo Series. These solutions merge convenience, aesthetics, and advanced technology, highlighting the integration of smart living concepts into Indian homes. “Our fittings are designed to move beyond mere functionality,” said a senior company executive. “They influence how spaces operate, adapt, and support daily living while maintaining a strong design identity.”Urban design experts emphasise that lifestyle-led architectural hardware is increasingly important in India’s growing cities, where space efficiency, wellness, and sustainable design intersect.
