The four-lane Kharegaon Creek Bridge replaces a long-standing bottleneck where limited road width previously forced traffic into slow-moving, shared lanes. With the addition of a modern carriageway spanning over 800 metres, authorities anticipate a significant improvement in travel time reliability, particularly during peak hours when the stretch routinely experienced heavy delays.
