This biennial event took place at NICMAR\u2019s Pune campus and has once again reinforced its status as a leading forum in the construction and real estate sectors.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s conference spotlighted six critical areas: research papers, case studies, practitioners&#8217; perspectives, doctoral colloquium, hackathon, and editors\u2019 conclave, all with a focus on the pivotal themes of Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Project Management (CRIP). The diverse range of topics and interactive sessions provided a comprehensive platform for exchanging ideas and innovations.<\/p>\n<p>ICCRIP 2024 attracted over a thousand participants, including prominent industrialists, distinguished academics, research scholars, and industry professionals, alongside engineering and architecture students from various national and international institutions. This significant turnout underscores the conference&#8217;s growing influence and the increasing importance of such platforms for advancing knowledge in these fields. A total of 465 papers were submitted for consideration, with 250 selected for presentation. This robust submission rate highlights the high level of research and interest in the conference&#8217;s core topics.
