Key technology partners, including KPIT and other Indian manufacturers specializing in autonomous systems, are working alongside IRS to develop the necessary components and systems for the vessel.<\/p>\n<p>IRS, a full member of the International Association of Classification Societies (IACS), will ensure that the vessel meets stringent standards under its \u2018Guidelines on Autonomous and Remotely Operated Vessels.\u2019 These guidelines will include provisions for cyber security, as per IRS\u2019 Maritime Cyber Safety recommendations. Additionally, the project will include the certification of an indigenously developed navigation and communication suite, verified by IRS.
