The municipal corporation promptly addressed complaints from residents, assigning its IT team to resolve the issue. According to an NMMC official, \u201cThe issue was resolved effectively, and consumers can now scan the QR codes without any difficulty. The system is functioning smoothly.\u201d From December 4 onwards, consumers can use the QR code to make payments. The process involves scanning the code with a mobile device\u2014using tools like Google Lens\u2014to access the payment link. Once redirected, users are presented with multiple options for completing their transaction, ensuring convenience and ease of use.<\/p>\n<p>The QR code is one of several online payment options provided by the NMMC to modernise and streamline municipal services. With this restoration, residents now have an efficient alternative to physically visiting municipal offices, reflecting the administration\u2019s commitment to enhancing digital services. For further assistance or to report any issues with the payment system, residents can contact the NMMC Water Supply Department through its toll-free helpline numbers: 1800222309 and 1800222310.
