The tyre, named UX Royale Green<\/em>, is being produced at the company\u2019s Chennai manufacturing facility and uses over 80% sustainable raw materials. This launch is a significant stride in India\u2019s tyre manufacturing landscape. The UX Royale Green leverages cutting-edge material science, combining bio-attributed polymers, recycled rubber powder, recovered carbon black, renewable oils, sustainable steel wire, and recycled polyester. The certification from the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC) Plus ensures full traceability of these materials and endorses JK Tyre\u2019s alignment with global sustainability standards.<\/h4>\n

More than a decade in development at JK Tyre\u2019s Global Tech Centre, this innovation underscores the company’s long-standing commitment to environmentally responsible mobility solutions. It represents a bold departure from traditional petroleum-based tyre manufacturing, while maintaining the same benchmarks of quality, performance, and safety the brand is known for.
