{"id":4747,"date":"2023-08-23T11:09:59","date_gmt":"2023-08-23T11:09:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/urbanacres.in\/?p=4747"},"modified":"2023-08-23T11:09:59","modified_gmt":"2023-08-23T11:09:59","slug":"nod-to-development-projects-worth-inr-2574-4-cr-in-gurgaon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/livzzy.in\/?p=4747","title":{"rendered":"Nod to Development Projects Worth INR 2,574.4 cr in Gurgaon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar approved several development<br \/>\nprojects in Gurgaon and allotted an annual budget of INR 2,574.4 crore to the<br \/>\nauthority.<\/p>\n<p>The annual budget for the fiscal year of 2023-24 includes INR 300 crore for the<br \/>\nSheetla Mata Temple health services project and INR 125 crore for a 20.50-km<br \/>\nmaster water supply line to cater to the demand for water supply in the city.<br \/>\nThe Chief Minister granted approval for the transfer of land required for the<br \/>\nproposed new Sewerage Treatment Plants (STPs) in Sector 107 near Daulatabad<br \/>\nand Sector 78 near Naurangpur. For STP in Sector 107, 49.93 acres of land will<br \/>\nbe transferred to the Municipal Corporation Gurugram, and 3.75 acres of land<br \/>\nfrom the Municipal Corporation Manesar will be transferred to GMDA for the<br \/>\n40 mld capacity STP in Sector 78.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, administrative approval of INR 109.14 crore was granted for the<br \/>\nunderpass being constructed at Vatika Chowk, connecting the Southern<br \/>\nPeripheral Road (SPR) from Faridabad Road to NH-48.
