The authority is aiming<br \/>\nto make the region as the fastest growing centre in the country in the next<br \/>\ndecade on the back of Navi Mumbai International Airport and the Mumbai<br \/>\nTransharbour Link (MTHL).<\/p>\n<p>The \u201ctown\u201d will have an area of 350 sq km. It can be noted that the size of<br \/>\nMumbai is over 600 sq km, while that of Navi Mumbai is 344 sq km and the<br \/>\nNaina city being planned by Cidco next door is 370 sq km.
