{"id":4879,"date":"2023-09-16T10:48:40","date_gmt":"2023-09-16T10:48:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/urbanacres.in\/?p=4879"},"modified":"2023-09-16T10:48:40","modified_gmt":"2023-09-16T10:48:40","slug":"hbad-registers-6493-residential-properties-worth-inr-3461-cr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/livzzy.in\/?p=4879","title":{"rendered":"H\u2019bad Registers 6,493 Residential Properties Worth INR 3,461 cr"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Knight Frank India, a leading independent global property consultant, noted that<br \/>\nHyderabad recorded registrations of 6,493 residential properties in August<br \/>\n2023, noting a rise of 15 per cent year-on-year and 17 per cent month-on-<br \/>\nmonth, while the total value of properties registered during the month stood at<br \/>\nINR 3,461 crore which has also increased by 22 percent y-o-y and 20 percent<br \/>\nm-o-m.<\/p>\n<p>The Hyderabad residential market includes four districts, namely Hyderentabad,<br \/>\nMedchal-Malkajgiri, Rangareddy and Sangareddy. In August 2023, the highest<br \/>\nproportion of property registrations in Hyderabad was in the price range of INR<br \/>\n25 to 50 lakh, accounting for 52 per cent of the total registrations.<br \/>\nThe demand for properties in August 2023 was largely concentrated in the range<br \/>\nof 1,000-2,000 sq ft, with size category accounting for 70 per cent of<br \/>\nregistrations.
