Termed the \u2018Pudimadaka Green Hydrogen Hub,\u2019 this initiative aims to cultivate a world-class ecosystem for cutting-edge technologies in the realm of new energy. The project envisions the establishment of facilities for electrolyser and fuel cell manufacturing, ancillary industries, start-up incubation, testing facilities, and the production and export of green hydrogen and its derivatives, such as green ammonia and green methanol. Central to the project is the construction of India&#8217;s largest green hydrogen production facility, boasting a capacity of 1200 tonnes per day (TPD). NGEL, as a wholly-owned subsidiary of NTPC, currently operates with an impressive operational capacity exceeding <strong>3.4 GW<\/strong>, with an additional <strong>26 GW<\/strong> in the pipeline, including 7 GW currently under implementation. This strategic collaboration signifies a substantial leap towards advancing India&#8217;s green energy agenda, aligning with global trends towards sustainability and clean energy solutions.
